This 3-month virtual program is a collaborative group experience of 5–7 women designed to help you build sustainable, evidence-based habits through education, accountability, and community support. Together, we’ll move through the Verified Wellness Method and the 6 pillars of Lifestyle Medicine in a structured, approachable way.

- Week 5: Physical Activity
- Week 6:Â Restorative Sleep
- Week 7:Â Stress Management
- Week 8: Social Connection
- Week 9:Â Â Mindful Choices
- Week 10: Mindset, Purpose & Positive Psychology
- Week 11: Epigenetics, Immunity & Longevity Integration
- Week 12: Reflection & Long-Term Integration
Virtual group sessions take place on the first three Mondays of each month from 12–1pm CST starting July 6th, 2026. Outside of the meetings, members should expect about a one-hour weekly commitment to the educational materials and workbook.
