All The Tools You Need To Build A Healthy Lifestyle

This 3-month virtual program is a collaborative group experience of 5–7 women designed to help you build sustainable, evidence-based habits through education, accountability, and community support.  Together, we’ll move through the Verified Wellness Method and the 6 pillars of Lifestyle Medicine in a structured, approachable way.

What to expect:

  • Week 5: Physical Activity
  • Week 6:  Restorative Sleep
  • Week 7:  Stress Management
  • Week 8: Social Connection
  • Week 9:  Mindful Choices
  • Week 10: Mindset, Purpose & Positive Psychology
  • Week 11: Epigenetics, Immunity & Longevity Integration
  • Week 12: Reflection & Long-Term Integration

Virtual group sessions take place on the first three Mondays of each month from 12–1pm CST starting July 6th, 2026. Outside of the meetings, members should expect about a one-hour weekly commitment to the educational materials and workbook.
